USING CONCRETE SEALERS TO PROTECT CONCRETE
Our concrete sealers are the best because they penetrate very deep into the concrete matrix, form chemical bonds, resist mold, and protect from salt and ice. What makes them superior is that they penetrate deeper than any other sealer on the market, they are water-based, and completely invisible.
Using a Concrete Sealer is absolutely necessary in today's environment. With everyone trying to make things less expensive, including concrete, it is important to protect structures the right way. Many concrete sealers wear away quickly, change the color of the concrete, and/or look awful as the wear away. Some sealers are solvent based which makes them harmful to the environment and very unpleasant to use. It is because of these issues that we developed an original outstanding class of water-based, non-toxic- concrete, brick, and masonry sealers that really work.
Unlike all other sealers, our Amazing concrete sealers are completely invisible to the naked eye. You can spray it on freshly poured concrete, newly set concrete, or old worn concrete and it will dry invisible in a very short period of time. Although our concrete water-repellent sealers last a very long time (between 5-10 years) they will slowly and eventually wear off the surface first. Because they are completely invisible, the concrete substrate or structures will not look awkward or damaged as our sealers wear off.
On top of being invisible, our sealers are completely safe.
Made with modified proprietary materials specially formulated and processed, these sealers are water based, non-toxic, safe for the environment and for the people who use them. Architects, contractors, industrial employees, and consumers can feel comfortable that they are using the most environmentally safe sealers, as the process of application is a very pleasant one with the most outstanding results.
Our Amazing concrete sealers are second to none when it comes to protecting concrete from salt. In the northern states, salt and deicers are often used when it snows. It is carelessly spread across the roads and the salt gets everywhere. Spalling and pitting of concrete are formed when salt or deicers lower the temperature of ice or snow thus melting the surface and even some ice in the concrete. As the salt or deicers dissipate, the water forms into the concrete and turns back into ice. As the ice expands, it weakens that part of the concrete structure and it can now literally pop right out or quickly corrode away. Our sealers continue to protect the concrete even as the snow and ice melt so there won't be and freeze thaw expanding going on which causes this phenomenon.
Often down south and during the hotter northern months, mold and mildew set in to concrete. This can be very destructive to concrete if left untreated as mold will actually grow and follow the concrete matrix like structure. As the mold, bacteria, and dampness set in, the concrete matrix is slowly but surely eaten away and destroyed. Even long root like extensions form fungus can grow down deep silently causing an increasing amount of damage to the structure. Our amazing concrete sealers actually form chemical bonds to the concrete matrix which continually protect against these environmental effects. Even though the surface tension of the concrete sealer eventually wears away and friction has worn off the top layer, the internal concrete structure remains protected for a long period of time about 10 years and our densifying concrete sealers can last a lifetime inside the concrete.
For the best possible concrete sealer application, use our deep penetrating (Hurricane 4 Sealer) vapor emission sealer and put a coat of water repellent (Typhoon 3 Sealer) on top. Both are invisible and will provide the maximum invisible protection possible.
